shown to be $105,00.

value of the 4,000 hours of labor at $10/hour puts the labor cost at $40,000
and the total cost at $145,000. Glasair
charges nearly $20,000 just to pre-build the wing and fuselage and that
is far less than half the labor, again putting the labor cost at $40,000
and the total cost at $145,000.
xxxxxThe $124,995 price reflects a
$20,000 labor savings and a minimum wage labor rate.
The Glasair IIS-RG is a
high performance experimental aircraft sold "as is" and without warranty
xxxxxThe $124,995 price is a binding
"offer." Acceptance by signing the contract of sale for that amount with a
non-refundable 10% down-payment will constitute a legally binding completed
sale. No verbal contract shall be legally binding.
xxxxxPayment
methods include inter-bank wire transfer, cashier's check, or personal check.
The only method that will assure immediate delivery is an inter-bank wire
transfer between major U.S. financial institutions. All other methods will
require funds to clear prior to delivery
xxxxxSharing of costs for transportation
is subject to negotiation. Steel
transport carriers for the fuselage and wing are included.
Two 2-ton
foldable hydraulic hoists are included so lifting is safe
and easy. As the new owner, the buyer shall be responsible for loading, transportation
and insurance. All items subject to the sale have been prepared for shipping
and must be picked-up at the seller's warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada any day
of the week during the hours of 6 a.m. to 8.p.m.
